Ostwald Helgason spring 2014 was a definite fashion week favorite for me...and I wasn't alone. This is the designer that everyone seems to be going crazy for right now and is also quickly becoming a street fashion favorite--Miroslava Duma wore most of their Fall collection in February and I have a feeling we'll being seeing these pieces on the streets soon as well. Their slightly naughty Jeff Koons-esque print was best as print paired with collegiate sweaters. My favorite pairing though is the nearly modern version of a Hawaiian blouse paired with full, pleated and striped skirt. The separates on their own might not have as much impact, but styled as they did for the presentation--so many "gimmee" feelings.
