She runs the blog <a href="http://www.factorystyleblog.com/" target="_blank"><i>Factory Style</i></a>, but is best known for her street style photographs as she's very popular with Vanessa Jackman and Stockholm Street Style. I really enjoy her playful, yet sophisticated approach to fashion--she wears luxe pieces so well in brocade coats fit for royalty, but looks equally at ease in mixed prints and a straw boater hat. There is a sense of exaggeration to her looks; she might wear a white blouse & plaid skirt but the blouse imitates Edwardian styles and the skirt is paired with leopard print heels. Style Crush: Wide Brim Fedoras

I have a similar wide brim black hat, but with a floppy shape and the more structured look of a fedora is appealing to me more. For one thing floppy, soft-shaped hats seem more summery and a more stiff hat seems autumnal...although I don't know why! The website that seeks to inspire and explain the merits of vintage fashion. In their own words they are a group "of young visionaries who advocate for a well cut Africa, the sartorial Africa." The site features incredibly stylish individuals in a mix of 50s and 60s clothing--and while retro it's not too restrictive that you won't find young women in trousers and suspenders. "We are an ensemble of young creatives from the city of Johannesburg, we pride ourselves with the beauty of our continent and we aim to showcase the art and science of craftmanship of our continent. We do this to create a different perception of this mysterious continent, for our art is the Africa doesn't normally see on TV." It's street fashion with a perspective and I'm excited to see who and what they'll be featuring next.</div></div>

She's a former buyer for Opening Ceremony (which comes as no surprise considering you can find her in many pieces available at Opening Ceremony that I have coveted in the past...) who now works as a freelance stylist. White dresses might be her signature street style look (she reportedly owns 25 white dresses) with an Olympia Le-Tan purse and platform heels, she definitely plays around with other looks. I really admire the way she goes from loose baby doll style dresses with socks to completely polished looks in tea-length skirts with blazers. Between her love of 60s frocks, mary janes, and the very trendy cat sweater it's really no surprise I look forward to both her street style and red carpet appearances. Her hair is a good deal shorter now than in these pictures, but most street fashion pictures of her seem to be from her longer hair era--maybe the paparazzi is having a harder time recognizing her or maybe she's spending less time in the United States (as European paps seem to be less intense). Anyway, even if these outfits are a little date I'm still finding them incredibly covetable. That first outfit with the cat eye sunglasses, cape, patterned dress and men's style loafers is basically everything I want to be for fall.</div>

With her leggy proportions and flair for the cartoonish she really would suit her own dress-up action figurine--and I mean that as a compliment. I find her over-the-top style, that embraces fashion with both arms, incredibly inspiring. She's one of the "Russian Fash Pack" who have become street style photographer favorites (see last photo with <a href="http://theclothes.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/style-crush-ulyana-sergeenko.html" target="_blank">Ulyana Sergeenko</a>, <a href="http://theclothes.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/style-crush-miroslava-duma.html" target="_blank">Miroslava Duma</a>, and <a href="http://theclothes.blogspot.co.uk/2014/01/style-crush-vika-gazinskaya.html" target="_blank">Vika Gazinskaya</a>).
