Perhaps if Suzy Bishop and Sam had run away and stayed away her current look would be a mix of girl scout and Françoise Hardy; something quite similar to the outfits in this test shoot by Vanessa Jackman. I'm really inspired by the very minimalistic looks finished with small, but pretty details--a vintage brooch on a contrasting beret or a black satin ribbon at the end of a braid. The scout blanket might be my favorite detail; can I get one of those with my girl scout cookies next year...?
