Natalia Alaverdian is the fashion director for Harper's Bazaar Russia and another one of my style crushes. One of the things I like about her style is that she can go from glamorous and feminine one day to seemingly (although I'm sure it's no less planned out) low-key in cut-offs the next. Far from a signature silhouette or clear era of reference, her style is a true mix of elements and ever-changing.
