In the latest installment of the instant fashion craze Vogue recently debuted its first ever Instagram photoshoots. Three different photoshoots shot around New York featuring Hillary Rhoda, Xiao Wen, and Arlenis Sosa all captured on an iPhone by Michael O'Neal. Each mini series has its own hashtag (my favorite being #wednesdaybreakmyheart, featured here) and all make it evident that fashion is happening faster than ever. I'm not a huge fan of the trend for shorter seasons, more shows, and instant shoots that require a less stylized approach...reasonable budgets and accessibility are good, I just hope we aren't exchanging quality for quantity or quickness...Faster is not always better.
